1. public forum debate,parliamentary debate, worlds school debate, and policy.
there are crossfire enaging in rebuttal and refutation,
in public forum debate you debate on current events improving there critical thinking skills
challenges is the topics change judges are around the community memebers
Public Forum- a more flexible style of debate in which teams of two debate on a given topic (changes every month) and do crossfire after each argument
Parli Debate- teams of three create arguments based upon impropmtu, meaning that they know nothing of the topic until they arrive at the tournament, and they are alloted time to create claims using the materials given.
Policy Debate- argument based on a proposal of a policy and is more of a "rapping" form, meaning fast speaking and marks are based on amount of arguments.
